We include applicable insurance on all sales over $100.
Method of shipment: To keep costs down we will ship the best method determined which may be Parcel Post, First Class or UPS. We ask for your understanding in this so we can continue to keep our prices low.
Oversize cases: Cases over 48" long not accepted for order unless you can pick up. Large viewing cases over 23" high, 16" wide and 16" deep cannot be shipped assembled.
Delivery and Backorders: Our goal is to ship cases within 10-14 working days. Items in stock shipped immediately. Some cases take between 3 - 4 weeks to deliver. No one likes backorders. We will do our best to keep you informed of the progress of your order and gve you the option to cancel if delivery is over 4 weeks.
RETURNS
For returns please call first for authorization to return standard items for refund. Any add on's changes or modifications to standard items and custom orders are subject to 20% return. Modified and custom orders many not be refundable. Call first for an authorization (574) 293-2124 we are available Monday through Saturday 8 am to 8 pm EST, please no collect calls. If you do not reach us between those hours be patient as we are in and out of the shop.
